1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by Get OSHA Instructors ("we," "us," or "our"), including our website located at getosha.com and all related training platforms, content, and tools (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
2. Accounts & Registration
To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- You may not create an account on behalf of another person without authorization.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Courses & Access
Upon purchase of a course, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to access and complete that course for the stated access period (typically 180 days from date of purchase).
- Course access is for individual use only and may not be shared or transferred.
- You may not record, reproduce, or distribute course content in any form.
- Completion cards and certificates are issued only to the registered individual who completed the course.
- We reserve the right to update course content to reflect current OSHA standards.
- Technical access issues should be reported within the access period — we do not extend access for unreported issues.
4. Payment & Billing
All prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is due at the time of enrollment. We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and PayPal.
- All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways.
- For group orders, we may issue invoices payable within 30 days.
- Prices are subject to change without notice, but existing purchases are not affected.
- You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
5. Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee subject to the following conditions:
- Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- You must not have completed more than 20% of the course content.
- Refunds are not available for completed courses or issued DOL cards.
- Group orders may be subject to different refund terms as specified in the group agreement.
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
To request a refund, contact our support team at support@getoshainstructors.com with your order number and reason for the request.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Service in any way that:
- Violates any applicable law or regulation.
- Is fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading.
- Infringes on any intellectual property rights.
- Involves sharing or selling your account credentials.
- Involves attempting to circumvent or cheat on course exams or assessments.
- Interferes with or disrupts the integrity or performance of the Service.
Violation of these conduct standards may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Service, including but not limited to course materials, videos, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Get OSHA Instructors or its content partners and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
OSHA outreach training completion does not guarantee employment, certification by any third party, or compliance with state-specific additional requirements beyond those covered in the course. Always verify state and local requirements with your employer or the relevant authority.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GET OSHA INSTRUCTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or for any other reason.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Termination does not entitle you to a refund unless you meet the refund eligibility criteria.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on our website with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
