How Long Does It Take to Get Your DOL Card After OSHA Training?

Immediate: Digital Certificate

As soon as you pass the final exam, you can download and print your digital completion certificate. This certificate is accepted by most employers as proof of training while your DOL card is being processed.

2–3 Weeks: Physical DOL Card

Your official OSHA Outreach Training Program completion card (commonly called a DOL card) is mailed within 2–3 weeks of completing the course. It is sent to the address you provided during registration.

What If My Card Doesn't Arrive?

If your DOL card has not arrived within 4 weeks of completing the course, contact our support team. We can verify your submission status and escalate if needed. Common delays include address errors or processing backlogs.

Card Validity

Your OSHA DOL card does not expire. Once issued, it serves as permanent proof of your completion of OSHA outreach training. However, some employers or state programs require refresher training every 3–5 years.
